I'm a unicorn!

There is little that inspires me more than mythology and fantasy... And another thing that would always inspire me to paint was a little music 'box' with a elaborately decorated carousel horse on top. I can't even remember what song it plays, but it plays music, thus, I'm calling it a music box despite the missing box part. So, I decided to paint that horse... again. My first try was rather unsuccessful... But my second go was very cute! I took the horse and transformed it into a unicorn on a magical carousel!

Ruby & Pearls...

What started out as a simple portrait of one of the characters from one of my stories, quickly turned into a beautiful woman, adorned with pearls... Basically, she went from being an albino girl, to an exotic and gorgeous woman with tan skin.

She is... Ruby.

My family said that she looked angry, and suggested that I name her 'Miffed Rose' or something like that... But then, my dad suggested that I name her 'Ruby', and something clicked in my head. 'Ruby & Pearls' she became!
